The George & Charlotte Copper Mine is the only mine in the United Kingdom where visitors can ride an authentic mine train along the upper banks of the River Tamar before traveling deep underground into a real copper mine where you can experience old time miners, knockers and so much more !

The attraction includes a 25 minute audio visual presentation looking at Morwellham when it was as a thriving Victorian Village built on the back of the areas thriving copper and tin mines and traces the life of Bob one of the miners living in the 1860s.
